Will my customer information be secure?

Absolutely. To gain access to your system you need to enter your unique email and password, which is known only by you. The system is run on cutting edge servers using the very latest technology, for your complete peace of mind.

Do I need to install any software?

No! The system is entirely web-based. All you need is the web browser you are using to read this page! No software to install, no space used up on your computer, no need to download updates, no lost data if your computer dies. You can access your system from any PC which has access to the internet!

Is there a minimum contract length?

No! We are so confident you will love this system that if for any reason you do change your mind, there's no long contract to worry about.

How long does it take for payments to appear in my account?

It may take up to 5 working days for payments to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

What cards will my customers be able to use?

Your customers can use any of the major debit / credit cards including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo

Is the payment service secure?
